Visited Hallertau Brewery today for a late afternoon Mothers Day lunch for Zoe's mum. It's been a while since we visited and 6 weeks ago they opened up the outside bar and restaurant. Very impressed with the menu (including the drinks menu), service and just a great setting. The band (sorry didn't get name) were also great, especially the fella who played the trumpet and the xylophone at the same time. Yes, that is correct, a trumpet and a xylophone at the same time. Hopefully the photos below show how nice it was. Oh btw, I had a 250g scotch fillet cooked rare and a couple the ordained red IPA to wash it down, awesome!!! Definitely worth a visit.
